PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the Execution Petition vide E.P.No.1272 of 2012 in O.S.No.3220 of 2003 within the time limit fixed by this Court. The limited prayer sought for in the revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of E.P.No.1272 of 2012 within the time limit.

2. Since the execution petition has been kept pending from the year 2012 without any progress, there shall be a direction to the learned X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of E.P.No.1272 of 2012 in O.S.No.3220 of 2003, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
