This petition has been filed to extend the time granted for register the marriage with the victim girl within a period of three weeks from the date on which the petitioner is released from jail in and by order dated 06.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22729 of 2023 in connection with the crime No.12 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 22.12.2023 to register the marriage and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
