This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17256 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.15684 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on every alternative Monday at 10.00 a.m., apart from the Court hearings, expect for unavoidable circumstances.
