ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order dated 11.01.2017 passed by the learned District Munsif, Thiruvarur, in I.A.No.478 of 2016 in O.S.No.166 of 2014, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to amend the plaint.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit was dismissed for default and therefore, nothing survive in this petition.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the suit is restored, the petitioner is at liberty to filed appropriate petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
