(Order of the Court was made by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.) This writ petition challenges the orders of the Government in G.O.(2D) No.198, Home (Pol-IV) Department dated 05.07.2017, pursuant to the order of the State Human Rights Commission in SHRC.No.9020/2013 dated 24.05.2016.

2. In W.P.No.22760 of 2017, we have set aside the recommendation of the State Human Rights Commission and remitted the matter to the said authority, for fresh disposal. The impugned order in this writ petition is a consequential order. 2/4

Therefore, the impugned order dated 05.07.2017 is set aside and the writ petition is allowed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (V.M.V.,J.)
