O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry and file charge sheet in Crime No.33 of 2024 dated 10.06.2024 on the file of the second respondent within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the bona fide purchaser and absolute owner of the property in question. While that being so, the said property was fraudulently registered by one Mrs.Sujatha impersonated her as petitioner's daughter and executed the sale deed in favour of one Meganadhan. Hence, the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents/police and the same was registered as Crime No.33 of 2024. Since the respondents have not filed the charge sheet within 90 days from the date of filing of the F.I.R i.e. on 10.06.2024, she filed the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is seen from the records that the dispute involved in this case is regarding the execution of documents, that has to be decided by the competent Civil Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
