No.11 of 2018 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Palladam, reversing the judgment and decree dated 23.06.2015 made in O.S. No.279 of 2007 passed by the learned District Munsif, Palladam. 1/4

JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 15.11.2018 made in A.S. No.11 of 2018 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Palladam, reversing the judgment and decree dated 23.06.2015 made in O.S. No.279 of 2007 passed by the learned District Munsif, Palladam.

2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre, Tiruppur, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of the District Mediation Centre, Tiruppur, along with a Memorandum of Compromise dated 01.08.2025 entered into between the parties, duly signed by both the appellants and the 2nd respondent and their counsels, is filed and the same is recorded. 2/4

3. The Second Appeal in S.A. No.1164 of 2019 is disposed of in accordance with the memorandum of compromise arrived at between the parties in the District Mediation Centre, Tiruppur. The memorandum of compromise along with the sketch shall form part of the decree in S.A.No.1164 of 2019. No costs.
