This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(c) imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 06.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23170 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and last working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
