The petitioners have filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.179 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent, for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(2) of IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.179 of 2022 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.31005 of 2023 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.IX, Saidapet.

3. Considering the submission made by thelearned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
