C.M.P.No.15098 of 2017 has been filed to condone the delay of 145 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 9th respondent.

2.C.M.P.No.15099 of 2017 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of 9th respondent in the above Second Appeal.

3.C.M.P.No.15100 of 2017 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 11 to 13 herein as respondents 11 to 13 in the above Second Appeal.

4.C.M.P.No.7470 of 2016 has been filed to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondents 1 & 2 herein their men agents, assigns or any other person claiming through the from either alienating or encumbering the suit properties being in the O.S.No.117 of 2008 Principal Subordinate Judge Tindivanam pending disposal of the above Second Appeal.

Pam 4.Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

5.It is seen that there was no order was passed in C.M.P.No.7470 of 2016 at the time of admission.
