ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to to direct the 1st Respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 01.02.2021 and 04.10.2021 seeking patta in respect of the property comprised in R.S.Nos.2024 and 2025 of Mylapore Village, Mylapore Taluk, Chennai - 600004.

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the Respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petitioner 2/4

has already filed a suit same is decreed in his favour that he is the owner of the property. The petitioner sent representations seeking patta in his favour. Despite the same the Wakf Board has given its objection. Therefore, his representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. In such view of the matter, the 1st Respondent shall consider the representations of the petitioner dated 01.02.2021 and 04.10.2021 as per the Civil Court decree and pass necessary orders as per law. Wakf board may also be served notice before passing any order. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
