By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner joined service as Cook and Care Taker (Watcher Cadre) in the Forest Department on daily wage basis in the year 1989. While being so, the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.202, Environment and Forest Department to include the daily wage employees in the forest department to regularise their service as Plot Watcher (Supernumerary Post) for left out persons. Even as per this order, the petitioner was not given Plot Watcher (Supernumerary Post) because in which also her name not included in that list. Thereafter the petitioner sent representation dated 06.01.2017 to include her name in the state wide seniority list so as to enable her to get regular appointment as Plot Watcher (Supernumerary post), but till date the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2017 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

5.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
