This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12637 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14534 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st working of day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
