Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the Registrar General and the Registrar Administration, High Court of Madras, the 5th and 6th respondents to give video footage of evidence to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th
and 11th respondents as per the 11th respondent's mail petitions dt. 26.08.2022, 03.09.2022, 14.11.2022, 06.12.2022 because my brother Thiru.S.Dhanaraj (11th respondent) had been forced by the Honourable Chief Justice, Hon'ble High Court of Madras without my case bundle with (unknown) two Advocates to withdraw his W.M.P.No.16446 of 2022 in W.P.No.17147 of 2022 case and snatched my brother's fundamental rights on 05.07.2022 and also gave very big cruel punishment to my brother Thiru.S.Dhanaraj (11th respondent) and my entire family members with a extreme harassment of cruel tortures by grabbing my high value house living property and pushed us with a household materials to the roadside on 06.07.2022. So my brother Thiru.S.Dhanaraj (11th respondent) has been affected by heart attack. Therefore, to get justice from 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant video footage of evidence and render justice to save my entire family members life and living house.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner is in the habit of filing frivolous petitions one after the other. The writ petition filed by petitioner's brother was dismissed on 05.07.2022. Thereafter, this petitioner started filing frivolous petitions one after other, which were dismissed by this Court earlier, on 10.08.2022 and 23.08.2022. Again, with a similar relief, third petition has been filed by petitioner.
2. This petition is frivolous and is dismissed with cost of Rs.50,000/- to be paid to the Puducherry Legal Services Authority within one month from today.
