This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 18.10.2023 in Crl.OP.No.23602 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, appear before the trial Court, weekly once i.e., on every Monday, till the evidence of the defacto complainant.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
