ORDER

This Court by order dated 17.07.2025 has directed the learned II Additional District Judge, Pondicherry to dispose of LAOP.No.6 of 2019, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. In continuation of the same, the learned II Additional District Judge, Pondicherry has made a request vide letter dated 22.10.2025 for extension of time.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the letter of the learned II Additional District Judge, Puducherry dated 22.10.2025, the time granted by this Court by order dated 17.07.2025 is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
