O R D E R

Mr.Hemnag for Mr.P.G.Thiyagu submits that the suit in O.S.No.1 of 2011 has been disposed of on 01.03.2024. He adds that a regular appeal in A.S.No.325 of 2024 has also been filed against the said judgment.

2. Leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the correctness of the order passed in I.A.No.223 of 2016 in O.S.No.1 of 2011 dated 2/4

05.10.2016 in A.S.No.325 of 2024 in terms of Section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
