This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.7904 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7322 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
