ORDER

This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- in para no.5(i) by this Court vide order dated 05.08.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.15008 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1314 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstance, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition to the effect ''that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- instead of Rs.20,00,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.364 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order''. The rest of the conditions remains unaltered.
