This petition has been filed to grant an order of exemption from surrendering the petitioner in C.C.No.76 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Kallakurichi.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
