This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to stay at Tindivanam and report before the Tindivanam Town Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.27652 of 2022 dated 24.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aged about 60 years and he is still taking treatment due to the injury caused by the defacto complainant and hence, he seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.
