ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to complete the investigation.

2. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 27.11.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.26821 of 2024, directed the 3 rd petitioner, the Director General of Police (crime) CBCID, Egmore, Chennai, to file the final report within a period of six months. Since the investigation could not be completed within the said period, the present petition has been filed seeking a further extension of six months for filing the final report.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners would submit that Forensic Science Laboratory(FSL) reports are still awaited .
