This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 12.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9726 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8379 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months thereafter, monthly once i.e., on 1st working day of every month till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
