ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to take the case on file, set aside the orders passed by the Judicial Magistrate-2, Poonamallee in Crl.M.P.S.R.No.6154 of 2023, order dated 23.08.2024, and direct the Judicial Magistrate-2, Poonamallee to number the Crl.M.P.S.R.No.6154 of 2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that, pending the present Crl.O.P., the respondents/Police had registered a case in Crime No.900 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC on 25.11.2024.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Crl.O.P. is closed. The petitioner herein is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
