ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.20952 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025, on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crime No.03 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.20952 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
