Respondent Prayer: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw H.M.O.P. No.256 of 2018 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chennai.

ORDER

It is represented that both parties have agreed to seek divorce on mutual consent and that the respondent/wife has no objection for the matter pending before the Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai to be transferred to Family Court, Chennai.

2. In view of the said representation, H.M.O.P. No.256 of 2018 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Chennai. The Family Court at Chennai, is expected to conclude the trial in the above matter, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond thirty working days at any point of time.
