(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) The petitioner, wife of the detenu namely P.Senthamaraikannan, S/o.Periyasamy, aged 48 years, has come forward with this petition to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.This is an unfortunate case where the wife has filed a Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her husband is missing from 07.09.2023. From the enquiry by the respondent Police, it appears that the detenu has

left the matrimonial home due to matrimonial discord. Even though this is not a case of illegal detention, now, the detenu/husband is willing to go with his wife, the petitioner herein.
