This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23978 of 2022 dated 10.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first and third Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and the petitioner shall also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
