ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein is the respondent in the petition filed in H.M.O.P.No. 1967 of 2021 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge at Alandur, which was filed by the respondent husband for the relief of divorce.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a 1/3

direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that she is living with 6 year old child and she has already filed her counter objections in the said petition, but so far, there is no progress in the trial. Therefore, she wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the case as early as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that she has already filed her counter objections in the said petition and she is living with 6 year old child, but so far there is no progress in the trial and the petition is pending for more than two years, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
