This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to grant exemption for the petitioner from N+2 rule and to direct the first respondent to do 3rd valuation as per university rules and regulations and to value his examination answer papers just and fair without any malafide intention and to provide him the examination answer key.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner had already approached this Court with a similar prayer in W.P.No.3783 of 2024 and the same has been withdrawn by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 18.07.2024.

4. It is discernible from the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent that the petitioner had already approached this Court with a similar prayer in W.P.No.3783 of

2024 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court on 18.07.2024. In view of the same, this Court finds no fresh cause of action in the present petition and hence, this writ petition is dismissed.
