MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 753 days in filing this petition, set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant, and to bring on record the proposed petitioner and respondents 3 to 7, as legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
