The first respondent has been served through Court, the third respondent has been served privately. Both of them have not entered appearance through Counsel.

2. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered, the third respondent is declared as major and the first respondent is discharged as the guardian of the third respondent.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
