A.No.5837 of 2022 in O.P.No.533 of 2009 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the impleadment of the 2nd and 3rd applicants as petitioners 3 and 4 in O.P.No.533 of 2009 is prayed for.

2. After the petition was instituted, it is stated that the first petitioner passed away on 29.01.2021. On the ground that the 2nd and 3rd applicants are the only legal heirs, the present application is filed.

3. In spite of service of notice, the respondents have chosen not to contest the petition. In these circumstances, this application is allowed as prayed for.
