ORDER

Challenging the interim order passed in IA.No.3 of 2022 in HMOP.No.171 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Perambalur, the father of the minor daughter has preferred this revision.

The respondent herein is the wife of the petitioner. When the matter was taken up, both the counsels submitted that there was compromise arrived between the parties. Accordingly, they agreed to file petition for divorce by mutual consent before the Family Court, Perambalur in terms of the settlement arrived between them. Both the petitioner and the respondent along with the daughter appeared before this Court along with their counsels. Both of them submitted before this Court that having full knowledge about the contents of the joint compromise memo, they signed. 3.

The submissions made by both the parties recorded by this Court. Accordingly, the joint compromise memo filed by the respondent and the petitioner is recorded. This civil revision petition is disposed of since the matter has been settled between the parties. The said joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order.
