This original petition has been filed taking advantage of Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities in the name of Karuppiah Pillai, who died on 15.12.2015. The 1st and 2nd petitioners are the sons of the deceased Karuppiah Pillai. While, the 3rd to 5th petitioners are the legal representatives of the deceased Vijayalakshmi. The details of the securities had been given in the schedule to the petition.

2.After following due procedure, the petitioners were invited to tender evidence. Accordingly, the death certificate of Kamatchi Ammal had been marked as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate of Karuppiah Pillai & Kamatchi Ammal had been marked as Ex.P2. The death certificate of Karuppiah Pillai had been marked as Ex.P3. The legal heir certificate of Karuuppiah Pillai had been marked as Ex.P4. The Aadhar card of Mr.K.Loganathan had been marked as Ex.P5. The Aadhar card of Mr.K.Dhanasekaran had been marked as Ex.P6. The Aadhar card of V.Narendran had been marked as Ex.P7. The share certificate issued by Ajith Dairy Industries Limited (Nos.0681401 to 0682400) had been marked as Ex.P8. The legal heir certificate of V.Vijayalakshmi had been marked as Ex.P12. Ex.P13 is the paper publication effected in Tamil Daily "Dinamalar" dated 15.06.2024 and Ex.P14 is the certificate under 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. 3.In view of the evidence adduced, this Original Petition stands allowed.
