Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to take appropriate steps to implement their order dated 04.12.2024 to excavate the soil from the Government Poromboke Eeri (Chinna Eeri) in S.F.No.242/1 with extent of 2.00.00 hectares out of 21.20.50 hectares which situated at Pradhamaramapuram Village, Keezhvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District.

3.Though the writ petition has been filed seeking a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now submitted that the petitioner has made representation dated 27.07.2025 to the first respondent to implement the order dated 04.12.2024. Hence, this Court may, without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time 2/4

frame.

4.Considering the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
