(Cr.No.414 of 2019) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify the condition imposed in order dated 21.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.4350 of 2019 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Court of Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu directing the petitioners herein to report before the respondent daily at 10.00 AM for 30 days into to report by 7.00 PM. ORDER

The petitioner, who had been arrayed as an accused in Crime No.414 of 2019, was granted bail on certain conditions by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu on 21.08.2019 in C.M.P.No.4350 of 2019. Seeking to modify one of the conditions, the present petition had been filed.

2. Heard Mr.C.Magesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the Trial Court by executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. The learned counsel would also submit that the petitioner finds it difficult to comply with the other condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 AM for 30 days and hence, he seeks for modification.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 AM for 30 days shall stand modified to read as follows:

"The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.00 PM for 30 days".

5. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 21.08.2019 in C.M.P.No.4350 of 2019, shall remain intact.

6. This Criminal Original Petition stands ordered accordingly.
