ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate and effective police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner at his residence and during his movements within Chennai for court and other essential work pursuant to the complaint dated 16.08.2025 bearing complaint reference No.OLC7732500000046.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the fifth respondent is causing unnecessary threat aggrieved over the Will executed by his father. According to the petitioner, as he was named as an executor in the Will, the fifth respondent is causing unnecessary threat to his life and property. Hence, the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid relief.

3. Considering the fact that complaint with regard to the threat is pending with the fourth respondent, he shall enquire the complaint and if any cognizable offence is made out, he can proceed against the fifth respondent as per law.

4.
