O R D E R
This Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in W.P.No.31037 of 2025 by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the review applicants/respondent Nos.5 to 7 in the writ petition submitted that the appointment of the writ petitioner as Poojari of the Temple is already put to challenge and the review applicants will proceed further in accordance with law. However, the writ petitioner, taking advantage of the order passed by this Court, is virtually threatening the review applicants with contempt notice. The learned counsel appearing for the review applicants further submitted that the review applicants are not obstructing the writ petitioner from performing his function as Poojari and that the appointment of the writ petitioner is 2/5
challenged in the manner known to law.
3. In the light of the above stand taken by the learned counsel appearing for the review applicants, it is made clear that the appointment of the writ petitioner as Poojari can be challenged in the manner known to law by the review applicants. If the review applicants are not obstructing the writ petitioner from performing pooja till the appointment is set aside in the manner known to law, there is no reason to proceed against the review applicants.
4. Recording the above, this Review Application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
