4.In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer sought in these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
