ORDER
Pursuant to the order passed by me in Cont.P.Nos.1401 to 1404, 1845, 1846 1846 & 1847 of 2025 dated 11.8.2025, the present petition has been filed by nearly 10 petitioners seeking for clarification of the order. 2.This Court carefully considered the submissions made on Mr.Sankaran, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.
3.The purport of the order passed by the Division Bench has already been spelt out by this Court while disposing of the contempt petitions. Hence, there is no question of clarifying the order. If at all the petitioners require any clarification of the order, such clarification has to be sought for only before the Division Bench. In the guise of clarification of the order, a single Judge cannot
clarify the order passed by the Division Bench. Hence, if the petitioners are so advised, they can move a clarification petition before the Division Bench and seek for clarification.
