ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the respondents to take an appropriate action against the Accused Sundararajan, residing at Keezh Athanur Village, Thittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District by considering the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.11.2019 on the file of the second respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
