This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 194 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment in C.C.No.1 of 2013, dated 30.11.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 194 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned. The petition is ordered.
