This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order of the Appellate Authority ordering eviction on the ground of willful default and owner's occupation.

Today, the revision petitioner has filed an affidavit stating that he has already received a sum of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees seventy five thousand only) by way of two demand drafts bearing Nos.576435 dated 16.06.2025 for a sum of Rs.50,000/- and 576991 dated 17.07.2025 for a sum of Rs.25,000/- and he agreed to vacate the premise immediately and seeks time.
3. The revision petitioner is present. He is a lawyer. His presence is noted. His identity is also established by the counsel who appears for him.
4. Considering the affidavit and the payment received by the revision petitioner, time is granted to the revision petitioner to vacate the premises on or before 30.09.2025.
5. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
