Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that the Petitioners are Claimants before the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal / Special District Judge, Salem.

2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.145268 of 2024.

3. Learned Counsel for the Respondents are present in Court and has no objection provided that the interest for the period of delay of 90 days is waived.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 90 days is condoned on condition that the Petitioners are not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 90 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order, and to print the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondents 1 and 2 in the Appeal , when the Appeal is listed before this Court.
