ORDER

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeks transfer of proceeding in O.P.No.2628 of 2019 from the file of the learned IV Additional Family Judge at Chennai to the file of the learned Family Judge Page No 1 of 3

at Vellore, Vellore District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceeding in O.P.No.2628 of 2019 was disposed of by the learned IV Additional Family Judge at Chennai granting an ex parte decree on 11.03.2024. Consequently, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present transfer petition.

3. In case, the ex parte decree is set aside, liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew the request for transfer of proceeding.

4. With the above liberty, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
