ORDER
Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a 1/3
direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2025 seeking to accommodate the petitioner in plain areas as Sweeper, within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
3. Heard both sides.
4. In view of the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.08.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
