This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to amend the cause title of the 3rd respondent name as 'Villupuram District' instead of 'Ammapettai Thanjavur District' in the above writ petition and consequently amend the same in the order dated 27.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.28105 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents has no objection for allowing this application.

4.Accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for and the Registry is directed to amend the cause title in the writ petition and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
