This Civil Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records of the case in M.P.No.568 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.675 of 2015 on the file of the XI Small Causes Court, Chennai and set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.11.2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in M.P.No.568 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.675 of 2015. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the respondent / tenant has vacated the premises and handed over the vacant possession to the petitioner / landlord and thus the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 08.09.2020 krk Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No 2/3
