participating in the proceedings of the Waqf Board as they are no longer members and have no authority to adorn the public office, nominate new members to the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board as required under section 14 of Umeed Act from the Sufic divse the CEO not to grant any imprimatur under section 26 of the Umeed Act to the resolutions passed form 08.04.2025 direct under section 97 of the Umeed Act, the Tamil nadu Waqf Board not to conduct meeting with the non-elected members, who are the respondents 3 to 8 and if nomination is going to take a considerable time the sufi Islamic Board request the Principal secretary to supersede the Board under section 99 of the UMEED Act and issue such further or other orders or directions deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.

2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
